Frequently Asked Questions — Niddo
Answers to the most common questions about Niddo, the co-parenting app.
What is Niddo?
Niddo is a co-parenting app that helps separated or divorced families organise calendars, shared expenses and family communication in one place. It's available on iOS and Android.
How much does Niddo cost?
Niddo offers a free version with basic features. Check the app for available premium plans with advanced functionality.
Is my family's information safe?
Yes. Niddo uses encryption in transit, access controls and tamper-proof records. We comply with GDPR and never sell personal data. Your family data is protected at all times.
Can I use Niddo records in legal proceedings?
Niddo records are timestamped and cannot be edited retroactively. That lets you export and submit as supporting documentation the expense log with its receipts, the custody calendar history and the communication thread between the parties, whether in mediation or in court proceedings. Your lawyer decides whether to submit that material, and the competent authority assesses its evidential weight: Niddo holds no official accreditation or endorsement.
Can I use Niddo as a professional?
Yes. Niddo offers specific tools for lawyers, mediators and psychologists, including case management, full history access and report exports that can be submitted as supporting documentation.
What languages is Niddo available in?
Niddo is available in Spanish, English, Catalan, German, Italian and Chinese, both in the app and on the website.
